Shipping & Policies

If an item is out of stock, we will ship a partial order and notify you of the delay. The remainder will be shipped as soon as possible. Or, if you'd prefer, we will cancel any out of stock items. Additional charges may apply to shipments outside the continental U.S.

Orders received after 11:00 am will ship the following business day.

Shipping outside the US: Additional charges may apply to shipments made outside the continental U.S. Please contact us for information at campusstore@unity.edu or 207-509-7208.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Unity College will collect and retain personal information only to the extent necessary to provide the service or benefit desired.  We may collect one or more of the following pieces of personal information such as your email address, name, or phone number. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that is cannot be read over the internet.
