Shipping
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. If you'd prefer, we will cancel any out-of-stock items or exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value. 

Shipping outside the US: Additional charges may apply to shipments made outside the continental U.S. Please contact us for more information at shop@unity.edu.

We at the Unity College Store are not responsible for items broken or lost in transit. Our team strives to pack your items as secure as possible, however, once it has left our location we are no longer at fault and are unable to replace your item.

Returns and Exchanges
We would be more than happy to offer an exchange for full-price items only within 30-days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please notify us at shop@unity.edu for exchange information. 
Returns and exchanges after 30 days are not accepted. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Privacy Policy
Unity College will collect and retain personal information only to the extent necessary to provide the service or benefit desired.  We may collect one or more of the following pieces of personal information such as your email address, name, or phone number. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that is cannot be read over the internet.
