The Store is not responsible for items broken or lost in transit. Our team strives to pack your items as secure as possible, however, once it has left our location we are no longer at fault and are unable to replace your item.

For online orders, returns must be inquired about within 30 days of your order delivery date. Any inquiries after that will not be resolved. For in-store sales, returns must be made 30 days after sale with proof of purchase. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
