If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. If you'd prefer, we will cancel any out-of-stock items or exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value.

Shipping outside the US: Additional charges may apply to shipments made outside the continental U.S. Please contact us for more information at shop@unity.edu.
Unity Store is not responsible for items broken or lost in transit. Our team strives to pack your items as secure as possible, however, once it has left our location we are no longer at fault and are unable to replace your item.
Returns and Exchanges
We would be more than happy to offer an exchange for full-price items only within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact us for exchange information. Returns and exchanges after 30 days are not accepted. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
