Unity College Sustainable Captain's Chair

This standard captain's chair is made entirely from eco friendly, sustainable wood. Malaysian Oak or Parawood, is a medium density hardwood obtained from a rubber tree. After 20-25 years, when all the latex/rubber has been extracted from the wood, the tree is cut down and a new tree is planted. Therefore it is considered an "environmentally friendly" or "sustainable wood." 

• Cherry finished arms and crown, and includes laser engraved seal. Add a line of personalization (i.e. name and year of graduation) for no additional cost.  Normal delivery time is 5-7 weeks.
